Sunday sevens – Jan/Feb 2017

The kids started back at school this week. One in year 12, year 11 and year 7. The whiteboard was put to good use.

I bought the cord and zip at Jimmy’s Buttons. It is looking quite tidy, in one part of one wall.

The younger lass left for school camp. I got out her birthday dress pattern. I ironed it and this happened – why???

The troubles continued – Style Arc, why does the print in the instructions have to be so small?

The elder lass had her birthday while the younger was on school camp. We went out for dinner and the lover decided to try Mexcal, he got the worm.

The younger came back from camp, on her 12th birthday. To her new birthday dress.

The Sunday Sevens thing was started by Natalie who blogs at “Threads and Bobbins”. The idea is to take photos of your week and share them.

  1. Natalie says:

Love the birthday dress! Hope she had a great day 🙂 Please tell me he didn’t swallow that worm!?!? Aren’t they supposed to give you hallucinations? Haha

      Thank you!

Yes he swallowed the worm. He munched it a bit first. It looked similar to a wichetty grub, but smaller and tasted of alcohol. If there were hallucinogenic properties, they did not have any effect on my husband 🙂

I love comments! I always read them and try to reply.
